Technology Advocates was formed in 2000 by the principals of Smith, Bryan and Myers and Gene McGee and Associates to specialize in offering governmental relations, consulting and marketing services to clients in the area of information technology. This “boutique” consulting firm is managed by Matt Bryan, Gene McGee, and Julie Myers. Technology Advocates represents Microsoft, L-1 Identity Solutions, Information Systems, Incorporated, and Classroom 24/7. We have chosen to be very selective in the clients we will represent in the field of information technology to eliminate the possibility of conflicts and to be laser focused on our clients’ needs in this rapidly changing environment. 

James A. Naff and Associates

James A. Naff and Associates was formed in 2005. The firm is owned and operated by Jim Naff. The firm specializes in water, environment, citrus, and agricultural policy and appropriations issues. Prior to forming James A. Naff and Associates, Mr. Naff completed more than thirty-three years of government service for the State of Florida which included serving as the Deputy Commissioner and Legislative Affairs Director of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Assistant Executive Director for Administration in the Florida Department of Citrus.
